Figure 21 Calibration Wizard – Step 1

Selecting Auto Mode will guide the user through a series of steps that will automatically determine

the appropriate value for the calibration correction factor (CCF).

Select Auto Mode, and click the

Next button. The Calibration Wizard - Step 2 screen appears,

as shown in Figure 22.

NOTE

Manual Calibration is discussed in the section Manual Mode.

Calibration Wizard – Step 2

Enter the following calibration parameters: (See Figure 22.)

• Detector Channel 1 or 2 (note that the Calibration Wizard must be run separately for each

channel)

• Target RFU Value (the value expected for the standard)

• Capillary Dimensions – Internal Diameter (in mm), and Total Length (in cm)
